Terms of Service Overview
Welcome to The Path to Love Housing. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a tour, or becoming a resident, you agree to the following terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Our home is intended for seniors and veterans seeking independent living arrangements. Acceptance as a resident is subject to our application process, including valid photo ID, proof of income, and agreement to house rules.
2. HOUSING ARRANGEMENT
The Path to Love Housing provides private furnished rooms within a shared residential home. Residents are responsible for their own personal care, meals, and daily activities unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing.
4. PAYMENTS
Rent is due on or before the 5th of each month. Payments not received by this date may be considered past due, and continued non-payment may result in termination of the residency agreement in accordance with applicable Florida law. Residents experiencing a hardship that may affect timely payment are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
5. SECURITY & PRIVACY
Our home includes keypad entry at the front door and security cameras in shared hallway areas for the safety of all residents. Camera footage is not monitored in private rooms.
6. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
